I find that when I test or when I practice I often remember everything sequentally. This becomes a problem when I get asked a technique at random or to do a form backwards.

The only way I've found that helps is practicing them out of order or backwards. I'm wondering if there could be an easier way that I'm overlooking.

Any ideas?
